Sign my BlogBook?
i got this idea from kookie's blog and oh, how I love to copy.
this is how you play...
1. comment on my blog including one memory that you and i had together. it doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot
2. next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. it's actually pretty funny to see the responses. if you leave a memory about me, i'll assume you're playing the game and dance down memory lane with you in your comments on your blog. if you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, i'll leave my memory of you in my comments.
3. Everyone can play-but let's play nice. I would love to hear crazy stories from a remember when scenario.... I've done some things I have repressed... come on, now, let's make me relive 'em! See? Easy Peasy.
here's an example for those visually aided
~I don't know you personally, but I remeber the time when you had a wasp land on your nose and the only thing that saved you was your NINJA-LIKE reflexes
See? Easy Peasy. Check Ya Later

reality bites hard.
Really? I mean, REALLY?
What is going on? Witched Wednesday. I stepped on this family home last night

And had this

freak of nature land on my NOSE while taking the showered cell phone to Sprint. That's no buzzing, baby bumble bee, folks.
That there is wicked Aunt Wasp.
If it wasn't for my ninja-like reflexes I may have been hospitalized. I still may need to take a visit. Realistically speaking, the kind of hospital with rubber walls. Ya know, the bounce house.
I am jinxed. Can anyone provide an exorcism this afternoon?
Really CRAP!!!!
Ok. I was cleaning out the pool and had the house phone out with me. Somehow, water got in by the battery and now it won't turn on. (No. I did not drop it in for a swim)
So, I go to grab my cell to make the ever-so-important call to Kourtney. (We chat about the most important topics.) Can't find it. OH YEAH...... I had it outside while I was weeding yesterday. To make this short, the lawn has been watered and my NOT waterproof phone took a shower. No screen. Sporatic beeping. $%&@*!!!!!!
I need a water proof phone.... sigh.
No phones. At all. I'm dead. Anyone have an old Sprint phone they don't need anymore? I'll make you a sign from SIS.... It could read "Kindness begins with me and how I connected Kris".
Good Karma. :)
Crap. crap. crap.
reali-tv
Yeah! I love these shows.
So You Think You Can Dance?- I cannot. My realiTV would be: So You KNOW You CAN'T dance.
Beauty and the Geek- I am living it. You decide which of us falls into which role.
America's Got Talent- Love when people do well- Love LOVE when individuals think they are gifted and talented. It grounds me in my abilities and lowers again the proverbial bar.
What's your guilty pleasure? What should I be experiencing?
Reality in winning.
Thank you Design Mom and Allen Ave for my fantastic win!
I am the big WINNER of this stylin' prizey
Is that too cool?
My reality in winning some random randomness? It is a metro sexual diaper bag. A fabulous Man Bag. I know I KNOW... Kris has no babies and will NOT NOT NOT be having anymore babies, so I am realistically thrilling in this win. Won't I be the cutey on outings with my new bag strapped across my chest? ( you know, I'll be Accentuating the Positive and I have LOTS of positive.... probably too much) To the pool. On a picnic. To Maverick? Every-freakin'-where!
I won it!
I'll use it!
I love LOVE LovEy it.
Don't hate cuz I'm bearing the badge of good fortune

In a family pickle
Gots me my very own conundrum for the 4th. Both sides of our family are planning get-togethers. Wil's sister and kids (whom I ADORE and we haven't seen in over a year) will be here from Arkansas and sparking up the holiday at Wil's parent's home. My brother and his family who only last month moved back to Utah after residing in MT for 2 years and my sister who just moved back to Utah after living in PHX for 12 years and my Mom are all converging in my general area (at Kourt's) for the first family gathering in YEARS.
I want to be in 2 places at once. I am in a family pickle of sorts. Would it be prudent to suggest BOTH fams gather at my house? I mean, we have the pool, a tramp, the Wii, a park down the street. And remember, dear friends, I did spontaneously purchase grass this year, so my backyard is lush and inviting.
Or do I just pass up the stress of having the Hostess responsibility? Should I just choose one fam? Do I make my kids spend quite a bit of time travelling between activities so I can get fixes with both relations? Or do I pack my bags and head for a place where I can get a massage and room service and let Wil make the decisions? I am happy with all of my choices. With any decision I make, I win.
This is just a lookey lookey from SIS. I just loved how the distressing
turned out and wanted to share. xxoo, kris

I've lost my Spark
I want to be shocked.
I need a jolt to blogging, as I am currently suffering from brain farts and lacking enthusiasm to continue this time taker.
Can you shock me into staying?
Can an old friend say "hey"? (Anna, Gabby, Shannon, Parri, Tammy, Zann, Amy, Kelly, T, B.... to name a few) I want to know what's up with you! Or a new friend could say "yo."
Do you have a question about ANYTHING that might spark my interest?
Do you know of any great Giveaways or the funniest blog you've read?
Share, please. And for friends whose blogs I haven't been to in awhile I'm coming around.
I can't wait to read what you've been up to.
