Sorry if you are catching the double posting from 'SIS' and the Hideout.
This was just too much fun to make yesterday I had to share it as much as I could. I made it for a niece who asked if I could make anything. And I said, "Yep." (You'll have it soon, Tess!) I think I used 5 yards of purple tulle and pink tulle each! It measures 20" from the waste to the hem. I am hoping it hits Tessa's legs about mid calf. (my good friend Tayler helped model it - she's about 6" shorter than my niece.)
ohhhhhh..... It makes me want to twirl just looking at it. Isn't it cute?!?!?!?
